Start a project by getting a custom quote, or purchase a Quick-Service design package. Complex projects such as websites, website updates, product catalogs, and specialty business card design requires a custom quote, while simpler projects such as logos, and t-shirt graphics can be purchased through a Quick-Service design package at a fixed-price.
Projects that start with a quote: If you agree to the pricing, you'll pay an invoice sent to your email, work with the designer after prompt payment of the invoice, then you'll receive your files upon completion.
Projects that start through a Quick-Service design package: The designer will work with you after receiving an email about your prompt payment for the order, then you'll receive your files upon completion.
100% paid up-front is required before the project starts. The project will not start without prompt full-payment.

No refunds will be issued, due to the time the designer diminishes, including the intellectual property that is created for your project, whether you use it, or not. Intellectual property is valuable.
There are no unlimited revisions provided here. The standard revisions policy is used here, which would be 3 design concepts, with 3 revisions on the final selected concept. This helps gaurantee the time frame you need your final files delivered to you. Unlimited revision cycles means your project will never be complete. Unlimited revisions are strictly forbidden at OBUHLISK.DESIGN.
Adding elements during revisions, to turn a lower level package into a higher level package, in order to get the lower level package price...is not allowed. Doing this will result in immediate cancellation of your order without a refund, and without any files produced for you. Service will be refused in the future.
If your files are small enough to email to you, they will be emailed. If the files are too big to be emailed to you, Google Drive will be the choice of file transfer, so, be sure to have access to a legitimate gmail account where you can get your files from the Google Drive link that will be sent to you for the downloading, and transferring of your files.
